Many, but not all, general liability policies include Host Liability. Host Liability applies when hosts of a business or social functions serve alcohol without a charge or admission fee.
To be eligible for coverage, you can’t be in the business of manufacturing, serving, selling, deriving profit from, or hold (or legally should be holding) a liquor license.
