Unlike our Sports Participant Program which is designed more for competitive teams and tournaments, our Camps and Clinics Program is designed to insure the instructional nature of these types of events. Most liability policies excludes injury to athletic participants. Our program was developed specifically to address the needs of camp and clinic organizers who need the added protection of having not only the participants insured, but spectators, coaches, and officials as well.

Here is a copy of our sports participant waiver that we recommend you use. We suggest you talk to your legal counsel prior to utilizing any legal document such as this waiver.
